During your strategy session either Joshua or another consultant from the team will ask you some questions pertaining to your business and your goals. We will also discuss your current systems and pain points. We will discuss what’s working well and what’s not. We aim to deliver great value during the session.
Great question. We previously offered free consultations; however, we noticed that we often spent a considerable amount of time serving our potential clients. Many of these clients would not be the right fit for our firm currently or were simply looking for free advice. We want to work with clients who are specifically interested in getting real results NOW.
No. The $75 one-time fee is not refundable. In fact, you will probably conclude after the session that it was worth far more than your payment. The information you gain from the session will be significantly more valuable to you. One idea from the session may give you the right strategy to go and make money immediately. It is certainly money well invested and a business expense/tax deduction (consultation services).
The session is 45 minutes. However, we allow a 10 minute buffer in case more needs to be discussed during the meeting.
We can discuss additional consultations during the session. We do offer hourly sessions depending on the complexity of the need.
Yes, the session is recorded. From time to time, the recordings are sent to you as a video for your reference in case you need to recall certain information from the session.
Yes. Your consultant will be present on camera and will also share their screen. Being on camera allows both parties to better assess understanding. It is best for you to attend the meeting on a laptop or desktop computer for full functionality.
Yes. We will ask specific questions pertaining to your business in order to provide the best possible strategy for your needs. Similar to visiting a doctor or attorney, we have to ask the right questions in order to provide you with the right answers. You also want specific advice rather than general advice in order to get the best results.
Arrive to the meeting at least five minutes before the scheduled time. You will be placed in the waiting room until the host is ready to start the meeting. Write down your questions beforehand. When asking questions, please start your question with, “My question is…” and then immediately proceed to the actual question. While background context may be solicited, your consultant will ask additional questions as needed. Some people give very long background information that makes it difficult for the consultant to know what actual question is being asked. This framework also ensures optimal use of time. Also, be prepared to know the numbers of your business. See question related to “topics being discussed.”
Generally two. You and the consultant. However, we allow you to have an additional guest if needed.
Yes, you may have one additional guest. Simply add their name and email address when booking the session so they receive the invite. If you two will share one computer, then there is no need to send the invite. However, please kindly list the name of the guest so that we can update the record.
The meeting will take place on Zoom. You will receive a Zoom link in your email 24 hours prior to the session. If your session will take place within 24 hours from the time of booking, you will receive an email prior to the session. Please go ahead and download the Zoom app to your computer to avoid unnecessary technical delays.
Every effort will be made to ensure your meeting starts at the designated time. However, the nature of consultations requires a certain degree of flexibility. If your consultant will be more than 15 minutes late in starting the session, we will kindly grant you the option of rescheduling with no additional charge.
We require you to reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to ensure effective time management and support all our client demands. Provided in your confirmation and email will be a rescheduling link. All you have to do is use the link provided and select a different time slot. However, we can not guarantee the availability of future sessions. As long as you meet the listed terms, there will not be an additional charge to you. However, rescheduling or cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will require another fee. We reserve the right to not do a consultation with you if the terms are not followed. In this case, your fee will still not be refunded, nor will you have a consultation.
We will discuss topics such as current monthly and annual revenue, projected revenue, number of leads, conversion rates, site visits, monthly recurring revenue, cost per click, click through rates, video watch time, target audience, business niche, etc. Think through these topics in advance to be more prepared for the session. It is okay to not know some of the answers, but it is important to be as knowledgeable and familiar with your business as possible.
While we can not make any claims or guarantees, due to the nature of business, we will make every reasonable effort to assist you in meeting your goals. However, we do not do all the work for you. Your active participation in your business is essential to your success. In some cases, we will do the majority of the work for you in our “Done For You” packages. But, in no case will we do all the work because you are the business owner.
Absolutely. Whether your business is brick-and-mortar or online, most businesses face the same challenges at some point. All businesses need great marketing and constant sales in order to thrive. In fact, some traditional/physical business locations may benefit the most, especially in gaining a competitive advantage. Owners of physical businesses should definitely partner with our team.

If your business requires something not listed, please discuss this with your consultant. We will certainly work hard to assist you in as many ways as possible.
It depends. The business owners who see the best results are the ones who take our guidance (based on our experience and knowledge) and immediately get to work implementing the tactics. Just trust the process. We suggest giving three to six months to start seeing significant results. We can not give a definite timeline because there are variables beyond our control. There are risks associated with business ownership, but the rewards often outweigh the risk. Nevertheless, we will work to mitigate risks and get you results as quickly as possible. Keep in mind that you must do your part and follow the process as outlined. If you deviate from the process, we have no way of knowing what results you will obtain.
It depends on the services we are paid to perform. Some services can be handled in a day, while others take much longer. If a client needs a more comprehensive system, we generally are able to have a fully-functioning system in place within 30 days. We offer expedited services at an additional charge for clients who need everything to be ready sooner.
We offer a range of services. Some are individual services, and others are a part of a package. We will gladly discuss pricing during the consultation, but we first must assess your needs. Similar to how a car mechanic or physician has to assess your car or body prior to making a diagnosis, we also have to determine the state of your business compared to your goals. Trust that we will make the best recommendation based on the results you desire and our experience.
We have individual members of the team who have nearly two decades of experience in web development, software design, video production, graphic design, etc. We will generally be able to find a workable solution to most situations. In the rare event that our team will not be able to offer a solution, we will be upfront with you and inform you as to why we are unable to help.
We will work with you for a reasonable amount of time to get you the results you desire. As mentioned in another question, you still have to participate. You are the business owner and have to give us guidance on what end results you’d like to see. We will make suggestions, but you are ultimately in charge of providing the information we need to help you get the result you’d like.
Most packages come with at least three months of support once your project goes live or is completed. More premium packages are given more support and for a longer period.
No. We can not guarantee anything due to the nature of business. We have no way of knowing what the market will support. We also do not know your work ethic. We only can tell you that our team is committed to working on your behalf to help you get results. Our aim is for you to become a loyal client who spreads the word on how our services helped your business. With that in mind, know that we have a vested interest in your success.
The official governmental/SBA term of “small business” is given to businesses with fewer than 500 employees. With that in mind, most businesses are “small businesses.” We offer custom services based on the current and anticipated future needs of your company. Please be ready to discuss your business needs and expected growth during your session. The company size certainly plays a role in what services are needed, but we can handle many business needs.
